From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, this Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. This oil is made by one pound of baklouti chilies and for every pound of olives, these two ingredients are then crushed and mixed fusing the green pepper into this spicy olive oil. Great for searing fish for your fish tacos, adding to shredded chicken for spicy chicken enchiladas or any place you want to add a little green chili kick!
